Whatever we do at prometicon has one common denominator: projects!

prometicon projects GmbH was founded in Bremen in 2022 as a merger of companies that previously operated separately on the market. It offers an integrated range of services in the field of project management: prometicon manages customer projects, offers training and qualification and advises project-oriented organizations, for example in the digitalization of project management processes and organizational development. prometicon offers PM expertise from a single source and at the highest level.

The three founders are linked by their joint academic training and work at the renowned Institute for Project Management and Innovation (IPMI) at the University of Bremen. They have in-depth expertise and are authors and speakers. They also have many years of practical experience in various areas of project management.

Our approach is characterized by independent expertise in all established PM standards (IPMA®, PMI, PRINCE2®, PM2, Scrum etc.), PM approaches (classic, hybrid or agile) and PM software systems (see pm-software.info/).

Our consultants work holistically and always consider structures, processes, methods and technologies in context. However, the focus is on people as the most important factor for change. The prometicon network of proven experts is always available to answer specific questions. Whether engineers, business economists, sociologists, psychologists or computer scientists: we bring together the expertise of various disciplines to ensure the success of a project.
