BEGeno is an energy cooperative and promotes the energy transition in Bremen and within a radius of around 50 km through the participation of our more than 330 members. The cooperative is managed by a professionalized full-time board of directors. Furthermore, our activities are supported by the voluntary commitment of currently around 20 people. Following the establishment of our BEGeno Solar GmbH, our own craft business for the construction of PV systems in 2022 (residential and small business), we are currently working on building up project planning capacities in the area of large PV roof systems and ground-mounted PV.
