1. general overhauls of diesel and gasoline engines of all makes with subsequent testing on the test bench, spinning with bearing metal (Thermit, WM 80 F or V 738) of connecting rod, base, support, shaft and crosshead bearings, stern tube liners including their finishing, testing of machine parts such as crankshafts, camshafts, connecting rods, grinding of crankshafts;
2. execution of turning, drilling and milling work, fine boring and honing of cylinders and liners up to 500 mm Ø and 1100 mm bore length;
3. spraying of shafts, bearing seats, sealing points, pump pistons, etc. using the "Metco method".
4. fine boring of connecting rod and piston pin bearings in the rods and alignment boring of the base bearing seats in the housings after optical alignment;
5. repair of add-on parts and units such as injection pumps, injection valves, oil, fuel and water pumps, compressors and cylinder heads;
6. mobile mechanic deployment with portable milling and drilling equipment
