As an owner-managed recruitment agency and personnel consultancy, we stand for a careful personnel selection process that brings the right partners together. We have been achieving this with the highest possible success rate since 2005. For the benefit of both sides; for the company as well as for the future employees, we strive for long-term employment relationships. To this end, we are exclusively active in direct placement. We do not offer any forms of temporary employment.


We specialize in recruitment and personnel consulting for IT specialists and managers, in particular SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, software development and database architects. We recruit from young professionals to board members and managing directors with and without company shares. As personnel consultants, we also find tax clerks, tax specialists, tax consultants, financial accountants and accountants. Another area is sales positions and all administrative functions as well as technical positions.
Technology usage:
We see our main task as finding the right colleagues for companies in the Bremen area. We search exclusively within the framework of personnel placement; we do not offer temporary employment.
Know-how:
Core area

Our core area is to select the optimal candidate. We draw up the requirements profile and analyze the application documents. We make a pre-selection and conduct the applicant interview in our office. The selection is a combination of knowledge, interviewing skills and intuition. We then evaluate the interviews, check the candidates' current interest and propose the candidates to the company.
Annotations:
We work on a purely performance-related basis and only charge a commission of 28% of the annual gross salary once an employment contract has been signed.
Exhibition participation:
As a small company, we are happy to introduce ourselves directly at your premises or invite you to visit us at Rolandhaus. At the beginning of an assignment, it is important for us to get to know you, your company and, if possible, the future employee's colleagues, so that we can pursue our goal of presenting only 3 candidates to you in the medium term, until they are hired. For the first placement(s), we ask for your understanding that there may be more candidates during the introductory phase.
Contact and cooperation research:
We are constantly seeking contact with other client companies and interesting candidates. We regularly build up long-term relationships with our contacts at the companies, which also last for further career steps.
