Manufacture focus, service offers:
Production of all types of plastic articles up to 5000 grams net weight. No automotive. High-quality products are manufactured for the areas of occupational safety (especially industrial safety helmets), aquaristics, laboratory supplies, IT articles, etc. Currently > 500 tools/articles are managed. The approach consists of the realization of new product ideas until they are ready for series production. Mold construction (domestic/abroad) is planned and implemented for the customer.
Technology usage:
The machine park consists of 22 injection moulding machines with removal robots from well-known manufacturers with a clamping force of 25 to 1000 tons. Injection weights are possible from 2 to 2,530 grams.
Products are customized in the company's own print shop and paint shop.
