Building materials division
Building materials have made the Ahlhorn-based company strong and are the nucleus of GRÄPER. Since the company was founded 120 years ago, almost nothing has changed in terms of the natural raw materials sand, lime and water. At the plants in Bösel and Kastendiek, production is constantly kept up to date with the latest modern manufacturing methods. Nothing reminds us of the company's beginnings in the production of sand-lime bricks. Fully automated manufacturing and production processes ensure high production volumes and consistent quality. With short delivery routes and its own fleet of trucks, GRÄPER ensures rapid availability. Trade, planners and builders are supported in the planning and realization of their building projects. GRÄPER produces and markets around 90 million sand-lime bricks per year. In addition, since the end of 2021, KS Modulbau has been offering an innovative solution for economical modular construction with solid masonry made of sand-lime bricks with the production and sale of large-format wall panels made of sand-lime bricks.

Stations division
The station buildings from GRÄPER are used in a wide variety of applications. In addition to stations with electrotechnical components, the building solutions from the Stations division are used in gas and water infrastructure, in the IT and telecommunications sector and in special station construction. GRÄPER offers the customer a wide range of structures for compact stations and individually developed walk-in station buildings, from planning to construction and commissioning, expertise right from the start. Every year, around 4,500 walk-in and compact stations leave the factories in Ahlhorn and Heiligengrabe with millimeter precision and individually tailored to the respective technical content.

Energy services / systems division (EDLA)
The GRÄPER Group's service activities for energy technology are organizationally bundled in the EDLA division and are managed by the companies Ernst Elley GmbH & Co. KG and Schürmann und Weber Schaltanlagen GmbH & Co. KG. The wide range of services covering the entire life cycle of electrical energy systems can be called up uniformly at all locations and are available to customers in the shortest possible time. The central coordination of activities and the decentralized set-up of the service bases ensure customers a high availability of services and an optimal supply of spare parts. The GRÄPER Group therefore not only supplies a wide range of electrical systems, but also offers all services „relating to energy technology“ from a single source.

International division
The GRÄPER Group is also represented internationally in Europe by its subsidiaries Alberts & Kluft in Almere / Netherlands and Gräper Europe in Zilina / Slovakia, which manufacture and sell turnkey transformer stations with electrotechnical components for the main markets of the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Other sales markets include Luxembourg, France, England, Austria and Hungary.

As a central, internal service provider, the Shared Services division ensures the operational performance of the GRÄPER Group with all supporting and administrative tasks, so that the operating divisions can concentrate on customer requirements in terms of quality, delivery reliability, productivity and technical innovation.
