Turning: Modern lathes; milling contours and bores outside the rotation axis
Machining options up to Ø 630mm and lengths up to 1200mm

Milling: Using 3D models, it is possible to create complicated programs on the computer with Solidworks software.
We can carry out these processes on 3- and 5-axis machines.
5-axis machining options up to X=1050mm, Y=900mm, Z=590mm
3-axis machining options up to X=2200mm, Y=560mm, Z=720mm

Sawing: CNC-controlled saws, materials of any kind can be cut to a width of 560mm.

Welding: TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes.

Wire eroding: Shaping production process of very high precision for electrically conductive materials.
Machining options X=600mm, Y=400mm, Z=300mm

Electropolishing: Electrochemical treatment for surface finishing of a metallic surface that was originally matt and rough and becomes shiny and smooth as a result of the treatment.
Processing options X=800mm, Y=400mm, Z=9000mm

Ceramic bead blasting: The finish makes the surface matt and silky glossy, making it ideal as a visible surface. In contrast to the well-known glass bead blasting, the surface is not roughened by broken beads, with a comparable appearance.
Processing options X=830mm, Y=770mm, Z=750mm

Laser signatures: Permanent marking of components through the use of CO² lasers and solid-state lasers.
Processing options X=900mm, Y=600mm, Z=300mm
