Ready-mix concrete
A mixture of cement, aggregate (sand and gravel or chippings) and mixing water. Together with structural steel or prestressing steel, reinforced concrete or prestressed concrete can be produced. The concrete can also take on static-constructive tasks without any further reinforcement by adding steel fibers at the factory.
Port handling
Rova Hafenumschlag GmbH handles sand, gravel, mineral mixtures and other bulk materials for the construction industry and for road construction. We not only have sufficient experience in this area, but also modern handling technology and sufficient storage capacity.
Shipping company
Our own ship, the multipurpose freighter MS Rova, regularly commutes between Scandinavia and the ports on the North Sea. It is suitable for the transportation of forest products such as cellulose and paper, for the transportation of various steel products and coils, for the transportation of all common dry cargo and project cargoes as well as for the transportation of a variety of bulk cargoes, especially for road construction.

Quay in Wilhelmshaven
- Water depth for seagoing vessels of 9.00 m NN.
- Seagoing vessels up to a maximum length of 140 m moor in front of the quay.
- Conventional ships up to 6,000 tons are unloaded using a Liebherr hydraulic excavator. The unloading time for a 6,000 ton vessel is approx. 15 hours.
In Wilhelmshaven we have the option of discharging 24 hours a day, regardless of the tide.
Berne-Motzen jetty
- Inland vessels of all sizes are unloaded here.
- Sea-going vessels up to a size of 3,000 tons are unloaded within 8 hours by our modern Sennebogen hydraulic dredger.
Quay in Papenburg (tide-independent inland port)
- Inland vessels with a length of approx. 110 m (quay facility 150 m) and a cargo of approx. 2,000 tons are supplied with gravel.
- Water depth for seagoing vessels of 9.00 m NN.
- Seagoing vessels up to a maximum length of 140 m moor in front of the quay.
