It is said that most temporary workers (m/f/d) are not in secure employment. This is not true for us. In such an employment relationship, we as a temporary employment agency take on the position of the employer and must of course comply with all legal obligations and take into account the rights of our employees. This means that our employees are entitled to the same rights that other employees in Germany are and must be entitled to by law. In plain language: the right to statutory continued payment of wages in the event of illness, continued payment of wages within the scope of vacation entitlement and statutory protection against dismissal, etc. From a legal perspective, the temporary worker must therefore not be disadvantaged at the assignment company, but must be entitled to the same legal protection. The only difference should therefore be that we, as a personnel services company, function as your employer and not the temporary employment agency.
