Recruitment of skilled workers. We have been running skilled worker projects since 2014 and attract over 150 skilled workers to the Bremen region every year.
The "Adelante!" project focuses on the shortage of skilled workers in the Bremen and Lower Saxony regions. Together with the Fachkräftebündnis Nordwest, the ZAV, the IHK Hannover and the Niedersächsische Landesschulbehörde, PractiGo is supporting this project from its office in Stuhr. Young people from Spain who have completed vocational training are recruited as required and integrated into companies in northern Germany.
We are specialists in the integration of foreign skilled workers in companies and regions.
