Bakenhus Biofleisch GmbH is based in Großenkneten, idyllically situated in the Wildeshauser Geest Nature Park.
The Naturland butcher's shop is located on the premises of the Bakenhus organic farm. It processes and markets the meat from the organic farm and other organic farmers. All products are produced according to the strict guidelines of the Naturland association and in the traditional way. Traditional recipes and modern processing technology guarantee the high quality standard of our Naturland products. The processing (beef, pork, lamb and poultry) and the final inspection of all products still takes place in the middle of our Naturland-certified organic farm.

Production: Beef, pork, lamb and poultry,
from chicken to turkey, are always on offer. Cattle and pigs are fattened on the Biohof Bakenhus farm or purchased from other organic farms. We source lamb and poultry for our marketing from organic farms in the region.
From quarters of beef for the freezer to fillet medallions, from daily fresh minced meat to long-life home-made sausage preserves in screw-top jars, from cooked ham to creamy liver sausage, we offer you all of this as a partner.
Regional marketing, i.e. selling close to the place of production, has a number of advantages for the customer:
- The produce is really fresh, as it has not been transported over long distances or long distances.
- The origin of the products is fully documented and we know the producers personally.
Our organically produced and processed meat is healthy and of the best quality. As the animals are fed exclusively on organic feed, there are no chemical residues in our meat and sausage products. All are produced without preservatives, flavor enhancers, additives or nitrite curing salt.
