Manufacture focus, service offers:
High-precision CNC machining of complex large components and heavy assemblies
With our modern CNC boring mills, CNC milling machines and vertical lathes, we machine structural steel components as well as forged and cast parts into precision components for mechanical and plant engineering. Our machining technicians machine CNC turned and milled parts up to 10 m long and weighing up to 25 tons to a precision of 0.01 millimetres. This results in custom-made mechanical engineering elements.

Certified, heavy steel construction
In our new 900 m² metalworking shop, we manufacture heavy steel constructions and complete steel assemblies up to 10 m long, 8 m high and weighing 40 tons.
Our steel construction is certified in accordance with the current DIN EN 1090-2 and DIN EN 3834-2 standards. We manufacture welded parts, welded structures and welded assemblies up to execution class 3 (EXC3).

Assembly of components
With us, you get everything from a single source: in addition to individual components, we also manufacture fully operational assemblies for machine and plant construction.

Repairs and overhauls
Do you have components or complete systems that need to be overhauled or repaired?
We offer targeted immediate assistance and do everything we can to keep your downtimes to a minimum.
Our many years of experience in the fields of steel construction and CNC machining also make us a competent service provider in the field of repairs.
