The company Jansen Tore GmbH & Co. KG specializes in the production and sale of high-quality door systems. The roots of the company go back to 1981, when Dipl.-Ing. Ludwig Jansen founded Jansen Tore in Surwold, a company specializing in the sale and installation of industrial doors. Today, the company manufactures industrial and fire protection doors as well as doors for sound insulation, burglary protection, explosion protection, etc.
The company has expanded steadily over the years. The small business of the early years has developed into an innovative, medium-sized company with over 200 employees. Today, Jansen Holding has branches throughout Germany in addition to the companies Jansen Tore, Jansen PU Technik and Jansen Systembau.
International activities are carried out by licensees in Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg and the Czech Republic.
In the fire protection door segment, the company manufactures a large number of stacking, sectional, rolling, lifting and sliding doors in series and can look back on references such as The Squaire in Frankfurt, Berlin-Brandenburg Airport and the German Institute for Building Technology in Berlin. The company's other strengths are doors in special sizes and custom-made products in the fire protection sector. For example, 10 x 12 meter fire protection doors were delivered to the Airbus factory in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, 22.5 x 4 meter doors to the Schwaben Galerie in Stuttgart and a 14 x 16 meter door to the ESPRIT Arena in Düsseldorf.
