In our production facility, 4 CNC laser cutting systems enable us to cut sheets of steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. We are able to process sheet sizes with a width of up to 2,500 mm and a length of up to 8,000 mm and a maximum sheet thickness of 25 mm. We use state-of-the-art fiber technology with an output of up to 10 KW.
We also rely on state-of-the-art machinery with the latest CNC technology for sheet metal forming. We are able to bend sheet metal with a length of up to 8,000 mm.
With our highly qualified specialist staff and our modern machinery, consisting of manual and robot-guided workstations, we are able to process both individual parts and complex assemblies up to a total weight of 10 tons.
In the field of machining, we have high-performance machines at our disposal that enable precise mechanical processing of the material. We also use the latest tube forming and tube processing technologies.
Sheets up to 2,600 mm wide are formed into the desired contour on two modern three- and four-roller rollers.
Whether removing oxide layers, deburring or grinding, we also rely on high-performance machines in this area of sheet metal processing of steel, stainless steel or aluminum.
The area surrounding our assembly service has been steadily expanded in recent years. Today, we offer our customers a complete service and are able to deliver ordered items to our customers ready for installation. The installation work is carried out by expert and trained personnel. We leave no customer wish unfulfilled.
